My second visit in a Frias Properties condo was fantastic!. When visiting Aspen, I will no longer leave my visits to chance. No more Airbnb's or VRBO's for me! Frias delivers an excellent guest experience. Thanks to Gwen Cohen (rental agent) and the concierge staff (Erica and Mariya) and a terrific housekeeping staff.My condo was pristine with everything my guests and I needed. The maintenance staff arrived promptly with the 2 small issues I encountered. Frias has all of the bases covered for an outstanding vacation!
I had a great experience with Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass. The location was unbeatable—right in Aspen and just a short walk to the lifts, which made everything super convenient. The unit itself was a great size and very comfortable. Their team was also quick to respond to both emails and phone calls, which I really appreciated. The price was amazing for the area, and I’ll definitely stay with them again. I was recommended by a friend, and I’d 100% recommend them to others as well.
Exceptional Service from Zane Strickland at Frias Properties! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Zane Strickland, our property manager with Frias Properties. From day one, Zane has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and well taken care of. Heartless rental company that has no compassion for their guests. Had to cancel the entire trip due an emergency with the dog. Immediately was told no refunds because it wasn’t in the 14 day window. Not a single kind word like hope your dogs ok or sorry about what you’re going through. I understand policies because I own my own business, but we also make exceptions for certain situations, family emergencies being one of them. We had the pleasure of working with Mariya at Frias and she was amazing! Frias Properties goes above and beyond in their customer service. My daughter lost her phone with some very important photos on it - she was devasted - but Mariya called us a week later saying it have been found outside their office! She packaged it up safe, shipped it quickly and we received the phone 2 days later. Next time we visit Aspen, Frias will be our first stop in looking for places to stay.
