This was a free estimate. Very thorough he gave me 3 estimates, High, Medium and Low. Friar's is the first company that came out and did a thorough inspection and measurement of what is needed. At the end of the estimate he asked if I was willing to award the job to Friar's. I told him no, because I want to see what others are going to charge. I will go with the lowest bidder.

Miguel & Derick visited today and installed our new AC/Heater system. Very professional, knowledgeable and completed job without a trace that they were here except for the fantastic system they left behind! Both are very kind and considerate and explained the install as it unfolded. We couldn’t be happier! 5 stars is not enough … we give them 20 each! We appreciate Friar’s superb service, thank you!

Technician Chris came to our home and he I completed a flush of our water heater and also did a tuneup on our AC unit. Chris was very professional, engaging, and did a Great job! I really appreciated being informed that Chris was on the way and the ETA of his arrival And I was even happier that he was on time.

Miguel and Christian were awesome! They remembered the install of the new unit almost a year ago. Was having an issue not getting any heat. Discovered the the filter was totally covered with construction dust from all the work I've been doing. Lesson learned, check your filter often! Thank you! And thank you Friar's 👍
