Dear Friars, I just want to commend Robert Rivera who sold both myself and my neighbor a great air conditioning/heater system. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product we selected. He sent us two installers that were outstanding. After the installation Robert came by to check to see if we were satisfied. Worst customer service ever. I did not hire this terrible company, they are working 3 houses down from my house and instead of parking in that driveway they blocked mine. I called and told them to move their truck, two hours later my kids are coming home and our driveway was still blocked by their truck tail gate. I call back clearly upset and instead of apologizing and fixing their mistake they sent me a threat of the police over a text message. I will be pursuing this with the Better Business Bureau and the police.

Totally recommend. Our technician, Chris was wonderful. They were very accommodating to our time and Chris worked very quickly. He was great about explaining everything to me and then again over the phone to my husband. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you so much.
