This was a free estimate. Very thorough he gave me 3 estimates, High, Medium and Low. Friar's is the first company that came out and did a thorough inspection and measurement of what is needed. At the end of the estimate he asked if I was willing to award the job to Friar's. I told him no, because I want to see what others are going to charge. I will go with the lowest bidder.

Miguel and Christian were awesome! They remembered the install of the new unit almost a year ago. Was having an issue not getting any heat. Discovered the the filter was totally covered with construction dust from all the work I've been doing. Lesson learned, check your filter often! Thank you! And thank you Friar's 👍

Dear Friars, I just want to commend Robert Rivera who sold both myself and my neighbor a great air conditioning/heater system. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product we selected. He sent us two installers that were outstanding. After the installation Robert came by to check to see if we were satisfied. Chris was awesome - knowledgeable, technical, honest, professional, responsive, and inspired confidence. Rick (manager) was also no nonsense with cost. All in all, very pleasant to work with.
