I almost spent $8,000 replacing my system based on Friars Heating and Air’s recommendation. Thankfully I got a second opinion. Another company diagnosed the actual problem and fixed it with a simple part replacement for a few hundred dollars. Huge difference. Be careful and always get a second opinion—this felt more like a sales pitch than a repair service.
The attention to detail i get everytime they come and do maintenance on thr ac unit, going on 5 years almost and has never fail or giving me issues.
Robert was outstanding. Very pleasant person with great recommendations. If I establish a maintenance contract, I would like to see Robert again.
