Friar's is INCREDIBLE! I use them for commercial maintanence on two buildings and have been for about 2 years now. Did fantastic work with replacing my unit. Professional and friendly. Any hiccups that came with replacement (this old thing was pushing 30) were quickly overcome and dealt with. Highly recommend!
