Drivers don’t seem to know what blinkers are or speed limits and like to cut people off for no reason
For 90min each morning some guy sits in a Freyssinet truck on the W&OD - with the engine running - and watches TV. Unreal.
This company is doing work under the Dulles Toll Road, where the W&OD trail passes. Every time I walk by there in the early morning, an employee is sitting there in the dark in his truck, with the engine running, watching a tablet/phone. He appears to arrive by 5:15am at the latest, and is there alone until at least 6:30 - engine running the whole time, even this morning when it was in the 60s out. No respect for the environment whatsoever.
