Not one, but two employees sitting in running pickup trucks at 6am this morning, watching TV on their phones, bilking the government out of money while they pretend to be doing bridge construction along the W&OD in Reston. What a joke.
Drivers don’t seem to know what blinkers are or speed limits and like to cut people off for no reason
For 90min each morning some guy sits in a Freyssinet truck on the W&OD - with the engine running - and watches TV. Unreal.
This company is doing work under the Dulles Toll Road, where the W&OD trail passes. Every time I walk by there in the early morning, an employee is sitting there in the dark in his truck, with the engine running, watching a tablet/phone. He appears to arrive by 5:15am at the latest, and is there alone until at least 6:30 - engine running the whole time, even this morning when it was in the 60s out. No respect for the environment whatsoever.
