From the moment I walked in the door to the time that I left the parking lot in my new 2026 Mazda CX-5 Lucas gave me the best possible experience for buying a car. He was personable, patient, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to help me in any way he could. I had a lot of questions and concerns. I wanted to personally say that Jonathen is very personable and understanding. I am definitely a hard customer to work with. He was clear and very understanding and just a great pleasure to work with. When you go to a dealership some of the sales people come off as pushy. Jonathen was NOT that. He gave us top notch service and worked great with us and made the buying experience even better than any buying experience I've ever had.
