Frey’s Plumbing Works installed a new water softener and RO filtration system for us. Brad and Doug were professional, informative, and easy to work with. They completed the job quickly and kept the workspace clean. They did a great job and the pricing was excellent for the high quality of work they delivered.
Watch out for structural damage and prohibited use of fittings. Frey's plumbed in our new master bathroom in 2020. We took photos of the work and in learning and reviewing them since, we've discovered structural damage and prohibited use of fittings. One of their plumbers also damaged the trim for our shower valve and then denied it. Needed a new water softener and got quotes from several companies. Barb at Frey’s Plumbing responded quickly with clear, no-pressure options. Doug came by to check out our old system—super knowledgeable—and had the new softener installed within a couple of days after we accepted the quote. Great, professional work, reasonable pricing. We’ll definitely use Frey’s Plumbing again!
