We had our master bathroom remodeled by Frey's. The finished project is exceptional. I think you can really tell a lot about a company with how they handle problems that arise. The tub we had picked out was unexpectedly discontinued which we did not realize until the project had already started with the demolition. They were able to order another slightly larger tub, but that meant they had to rework the footprint of the tub area multiple times to get it right. Loved working with Mac and Freys for my 2nd time at this same home. Used them years ago for a bathroom remodel and this summer for a flooring update and a few other needed updates.

I did a major remodel with Freys, and Kitchen and Bath Galleries out of Cary, NC. This project was 20 years in the making. Having worked in construction for over 20 years, my expectations were very high. Freys exceeded every expectation. Their trade base is stellar, the app they use for scheduling and updates is amazing. Just finished our fifth major home renovation project with Freys. Each one came to completion to our fullest satisfaction. The project managers were on top of everything. They kept the tradesmen on schedule and always made themselves present on the project site, as needed. They are keen on the details and making sure the result is top quality. Look forward to working with Freys again on future projects. (Project: Walk-in attic conversion to studio, including the insertion of a new window.)
