Peaceful, remote, immersed in nature. We just spent a beautiful 2 nights at Freycinet resort in the Hazard View suite. The drive up to the property made extra special by wildlife and sculptures- we were greeted by the fabulous Julianna, who is an absolute credit to Freycinet Resort and went above and beyond for us throughout the duration of our stay. Our suite had everything we needed for a 2 night escape. The views were incredible- highly recommended if you are looking for a calming retreat in nature.

This hotel was a highlight of our trip, amazing views, absolutely mind-blowing experience at the restaurant (we tried their set menu and shabu-shabu experience), breakfast was also very delicious (chicken congee is a must try). We are very happy with the hotel, staff, area around the hotel is lovely, we saw wallabies in the area. In the mornings we saw the sunrise (glad the weather was great) and had coffee on the deck while watching wallabies. Will definitely come back here.

Had the Japanese hot pot what a expensive terrible meal. Thought for $300 dollars for 2 people we would get some nice seafood but unfortunately we got 4 prawns and some lovely steak that was ruined when placed in boiling salty water. Did not rate it at all

Perfect location to explore Freycinet and unplug from city life… all staff are well-trained and professional. A warm bowl of umami-packed chicken mushroom congee to start the day alongside breakfast station can’t be any more perfect start of our East Coast adventure!
