Renting my dress has been an absolute pain and waste of time. Originally paid to put it in a sale, it didn't sell, she was interested in renting it out (she anticipated being able to do so 5 times). I would echo what other reviewers have said regarding the rental process. I signed up for a day and time to check in my dress. I called her when I arrived and she forgot about the appointment and then showed up nearly an hour late. She never followed up with me after the dress sale I signed up for. So it ended up being telephone tag to try to figure out if I could pick up my dress or rent it out. I got connected to Freya through a friend who brought me to a dress sale. I loved the concept and business, being woman-owned and sustainable, so I booked a try on at the beginning of December for my October 2025 wedding. I had a great experience at the appointment. Andrea was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me find a dress that I absolutely fell in the love with. Don’t bring your dress here, very unprofessional company. You sign contracts that they can void at anytime and borderline harass you about it later. Do not recommend.
Unreasonable and rude service. Would not recommend. There are other places to do business.
