I made an appointment to get my iud out, the dr couldn't locate the string, so I go for an ultrasound & come back to see dr gill and she pulled on somthing twice and really hurt me then gave up and referred me to another dr, so im waiting longer. Unprofessional.
It was my first time visiting, and the staff were nice. Dr. Gill made me feel extremely comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly during my appointment.
I had to wait for my appointment outside the clinic because they were not open, and I wasn’t seen until almost 20 minutes after my scheduled time. They also had double-booked my slot with another person for the same doctor. The first time I came, I wasn’t even on their schedule (even though I had an email confirmation proving my appointment). Doctors were great, but I had a very disappointing experience.
