I had such a great experience at Freya Medical! Both the doctor, Dr. Costley and the lady at reception were kind, helpful and efficient. I complimented the lady at reception (based on the sign at front her name may have been Layla?) to the doctor as the phone rang every few seconds and she remained calm and collected the whole time. Doctor ranchal is so good helped me even after her working hours. But the only thing is whenever i call there their receptionist is so rude. Not even listening just making up the answers and talking so rude.
My wife ordered this product 3 months ago to try and without her permission this company has debited my account $987.00 and apparently sending out another shipment without my approval. They don’t answer the phone and so I had to leave a message. I received a call back and they have agreed to refund my money so I have changed my rating.
After two weeks of trying to get some relief, Dr. Perveen Gill gave me a prescription for the wrong dose. After several calls and faxes to the office I still do not have the right one. When I called the office this morning the lady was very frustrated and hung up on me without helping me. I'm the one with the wrong prescription and she is the one who is mad? Doesn't make sense. Be careful outside the building, I had a threatening woman try to intimidate me near my parking spot…..Other than that, parking was 3$ per hour and is scarce….My wait time was short, 5 minutes. The nurse made me feel heard and comfortable. I would give five stars except for the incident that happened outside the building…..overall a wonderful resource for woman’s reproductive/menopausal issues.
