My wife ordered this product 3 months ago to try and without her permission this company has debited my account $987.00 and apparently sending out another shipment without my approval. They don’t answer the phone and so I had to leave a message. I received a call back and they have agreed to refund my money so I have changed my rating.
After two weeks of trying to get some relief, Dr. Perveen Gill gave me a prescription for the wrong dose. After several calls and faxes to the office I still do not have the right one. When I called the office this morning the lady was very frustrated and hung up on me without helping me. I'm the one with the wrong prescription and she is the one who is mad? Doesn't make sense. Be careful outside the building, I had a threatening woman try to intimidate me near my parking spot…..Other than that, parking was 3$ per hour and is scarce….My wait time was short, 5 minutes. The nurse made me feel heard and comfortable. I would give five stars except for the incident that happened outside the building…..overall a wonderful resource for woman’s reproductive/menopausal issues.
My aunt saw Dr. Perveen Gill at Freya for menopause concerns and had a wonderful experience. From the start, she felt heard and cared for. Dr. Gill was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, taking the time to go over her symptoms and all options so it was easy to understand.
