I had a very positive experience with the doctors,and staff. Everyone was kind, caring, professional, and very helpful throughout my care. I especially appreciate how much they helped me with transferring my medical records to another province. They made the whole process much easier and were very supportive and cooperative. Thank you to all the doctors, reception staff, and team members for your excellent care and assistance. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me.

i came to freya as a first time mom, not knowing what to expect and nervous. the MOA’s treated me with kindness, i miss seeing Defina, and i loved having Dr sonya ranchal as my care provider. i only wish they were able to see me longer. wonderful experience i even referred my sister in law as soon as she got pregnant:)

The doctors are great, but the front desk customer service is extremely poor. They seem judgemental, and whenever I have called them for an inquiry they have an extremely rude tone. If someone is young and unaware you should be extra helpful towards them. I have read so many reviews with the same issue. They need to hire better staff for a better customer service honestly.

I met with dr. Parveen gill she is so nice but the receptionist girl is very rude. Very disappointed with reception staff.
