We absolutely love Dr. Frey, he is our Family Eye Dr. Always enjoyable and full of humor. The Ladies of the front desk are always available and helpful. Even for those last minute calls from school because your Daughter has eye pain, there they go getting her in. Love those Ladies!
Had 2 eye exams - never got my prescription right for the correction on my left eye. The stall told me to just try the glasses anyway. Go somewhere else if you want good customer service. I am out over $120.00 for lenses that don't work. Will not be returning.
Works great with my daughter age 5, and I've never had an issue making an appointment.
Great Personal Service, not like the in and out chains
My first visit to this office and I am very happy. Dr. Frey and his staff exceeded my expectations!
Dr. Frey is a great eye doctor, but he needs to get new receptionists. I went there a couple weeks ago after calling in about talking to him for a project and not only did she not give him the message, but when I went in to talk she was completely rude. He will be losing this family as customers if they don't shape up.
