BEWARE Watch out for overcharges and undocumented added cost, more importantly they are slowly losing their reputation, weak suppliers and lack on covering warranty issues, my HVAC has been serviced twice prior to first year, had to turn on heat for the first time in 6 months pass said warranty period, which unit malfunctioned, call Frey and Son poor assistance and response, said call J and D. Thgou they build a good home, Frey does not fully honor apunch list of reparis theyb agreed in writing anfd verbally to fix. They often refused to repair, siting their policy though it was contrary to written agreements. I figured they thought it was cheaper for me to fix rather than seek legal cure. When they did fix it took weeks or months . I can only suggest to escrow up to 5% of purchase price so hou have some leverage for them to live up to their warranties
