If you want constant heating issues use Frey Lutz!!! 2 year old furnace they put in. Broke in November - told me it was because I needed to change my filter. Didn’t change my filter. I then changed my filter. Broke again NYE stated it was an issue with the switch but they have it fixed. And if it happens again they’ll need to replace it. Tonight- guess what broke again? I had my HVAC system replaced and I'm sooooooo glad I got Frey Lutz for the project. I got an estimate within one day of them doing an onsite inspection. On installation day, the tech crew were professional, and kept us informed as to what was being done. I'm so impressed that I signed up immediately for their maintenance contract.
Work performed by install team was phenomenal, technicians were skilled and communicative, helpful and knowledgeable during work conducted. Frey Lutz conducts amazing work and I will be recommending them for any HVAC needs to friends and family.
Every member of the team I was in contact with was absolutely amazing. Joe is very responsive at scheduling and provided answers to all my questions. Jeremy and Charles were on time, professional, respectful of my home and did great work. I will also add that the dispatch department were very kind!
