Every member of the team I was in contact with was absolutely amazing. Joe is very responsive at scheduling and provided answers to all my questions. Jeremy and Charles were on time, professional, respectful of my home and did great work. I will also add that the dispatch department were very kind!

My AC was not working well and needed to be replaced. I decided to replace the furnace as well since it was aging also. The guys at Frey Lutz were wonderful. They got my new system up and running before the heat wave we were getting. The installers Jeremy and Charles were great. They installed my system and am very happy with it. They were kind, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend them!

I would like to let you know that I’m am very pleased with the quality and expertise both Charlie and Jeremy were very courteous and professional … job was done … in a timely manner… and they explained everything… cleaned up very well…I hope to enjoy my furnace for many years to come…
