Two years ago I would have given them a 4 star rating as we have used them regularly for plumbing and heating for a number of years and even recommended them to other neighbors. However, most recently we had an emergency call off hours as our furnace would not go on. They refused to come stating to us that we were not a customer of theirs. After numerous calls, they still claimed we were not a customer, even when we sent the owner of the company documentation that we were (including a recent sticker on our furnace).
