Josh P. was 1 hour early (ideal) and very professional. He showed me how the putty worked and where it was. He explained the parts and labour plan (3 free months and quoted monthly charge therefore for 1 year). As my warranty expired March 2023, I signed up for the plan. Please give him a really nice perk. We have been having issues with our air conditioner. Today, we had a visit from Perry Fuels, specifically Curtis M. The service was outstanding and, in spite of the fact we needed parts to fix our problem, they were here with the parts in 20 minutes and the problem was solved. I highly recommend this company, especially Curtis who did an amazing job of explaining the problem and solving it!!!
My family has been clients for over 10 year and on Friday February 6th we had our furnace stop working. My husband called and a very nice young guy came and fixed the furnace. That night the furnace stopped working again. My husband called to have someone come back out to help us. When he finally got a response he was told that he was not aloud to come help us because we have not ordered fuel from them in over a year.
