I been coming there for years. I never had any this Bad experience. This guy Daniel argue with about invoice which was already Paid off. He argue outside of service desk like confrontation me that such bad behavior needs to change. He needs to learn about how to talk to customers 06/03/26. And white guy dont know his name he was shift manager. Most of people r nice there.

I buy alot of quality parts they have good warranty and if you don’t use your part you can always return it great people. Also very clean shop and store . If you have a Frightliner or a West buy from here. Good prices

Took my truck in for an oil change. They told me $349.99. The next day, they called and said I needed some repairs totaling $1,100. Then the following day, someone else called saying the total would now be $4,049 after a “second inspection,” claiming they found a leak. My truck was perfectly fine before I brought it in. Very dishonest shop! Be aware, on the paperwork it says “courtesy bit inspection,” but they charged me $500 for it.

After the initial issue, Eric and the team reached out to me and worked with Daimler/Freightliner to resolve the problem. I appreciate them taking the situation seriously and making things right in the end. Thank you for the professional follow-up.

We need more professional like these in the truck market. They need more staff on front counter. Overall good service 💯
