We received the rudest service from this establishment. We called to see if we could get a tint removed from my son's new car. We were told that could be done and my wife WENT IN PERSON to make an appointment for September 28th, a Saturday. My wife called on Friday the 20th to confirm the work to be done and the work date. She went at the appointed time on the 28th and waited for over an hour. She called numerous times leaving messages and finally left. I just experienced the most terrible customer service here at Fresno Tint. I recently had my Range Rover (brand new) tinted and within 2 weeks my front and passenger windows look like a cat scratched all my tint! I called Ryan at Fresno Tint and he told me "there is a strip inside of your window panel that causes this." He said to bring it in, so I did and he did redo my tint. Great! If you want the best installation with the best product, this is the place to go. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. Their work was flawless. They were very personable and took the time to explain my options. Just made an appointment for my other vehicle and would recommend Fresno Tint to anybody that wants the job done right.
I had a horrible experience with Fresno Tint, the owner Ryan was very rude and I commented on it and he then denied me business and I quote, "I do not need your business." Even his coworkers were telling him to be nicer and to not be rude but he is VERY rude and I do not recoomend
I just had the same experience with this company and would never ever refer someone to them. The owner was so rude and disrespectful. I had an appointment and when I arrived was told that they could not take me. I dont live in Fresno so I arranged for someone to pick me up which is always hard to do. I drove 45 min. to be told that they had a job to do and could not take me..sorry. "I had a very horrible and rude experience with Fresno Tint. If you ask them to do a certain thing for you and they say yes, it will be a totally different story once you have them start doing the work for you. I requested for them to cut around the alarm sticker on my car as I like the look of having the alarm sticker. When I made the appointment they agreed to cut around it.
