I am very disappointed by the double standard at this office. After repeatedly calling me to move up my appointment, I arrived just 10 minutes late due to school pickup. The staff refused to see me, turned away my children who missed class, and likely replaced me. Mutual respect for time should go both ways.
Staff is wonderful they are fast and precise
