Dr. Roper (5 Stars) He’s kind, professional and very understanding to your needs. As many others before our review have said, my wife and I agree that this office has got to be the worst run administrative facility I think I have ever dealt with in my 60 years of existence. The communication is horrible; the answers are inadequate; and most importantly they do not take responsibility for anything. They just make excuses. And, in someway, try to blame you, the patient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Came in to a visit this week and the appointment and the Dr were great. Front office staff and the girl that took my vitals were great. But my review is based off a staff member that I could have sworn was a patient because she came out in a tank to assist a patient in the waiting area. She was showing cleavage and was wearing a tank top and jeans during office hours. I think this is very unprofessional in an office setting. All the other staff was dressed in scrubs so I am unsure as to why this person was dressed like this.... read more

I have been having trouble with my machine, I have not been able to sleep! I made an appointment at this office they canceled me back in April then they made me an appointment for this May the 15th and they canceled me again because the provider had an emergency and wanted to schedule me in July!!!! I was so upset that I told them I would go with another provider. Poor customer service!!!!!!

I have had an appointment scheduled since last September 2025. Every time my appointment is coming up they call me and tell me they have to change my appointment due to over scheduling. This has happened 3 times including yesterday where they said their next appointment is in July. When I asked why I am being rescheduled since I’ve had my appointment since last September and I would think by 6 months I would be at the top of the appointment list I was told they only have Dr there once a week. Dr. Roper is very polite, kind and caring. His office staff is friendly and professional. I had a frustrating situation involving communication with the answering service and the medical supply vendor, but Gabby resolved both issues. The Sleep Study Center across the hallway is a different matter but Dr. Roper & his office staff are great.
