Great service.....
I’m pretty sure most of these reviews are for other businesses. I’ve not had a single negative experience with Dr roper or his staff. Not sure what the disconnect here is… I’ve been seeing dr roper since 2019. He’s been great to me.
This place is so bad and I would recommend another sleep place if you can find one in Fresno. I keep telling them that I am getting sent someone else’s sleep supplies and they do nothing about. Took the doctor forever to approve the supplies with a signature. The doctor here also after I told them I haven’t been using my sleep machine because the mask was uncomfortable to me assumed I was in denial of my sleep condition. This place is the worst.
Horrible! The staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. Gabby is the worst, has no communication skills and is very rude. It's been 8 months and I still do not have a resolution. They have never once called to follow up with information, I have to call them, and when I do, they are rude, defensive and indignant. Use anybody besides this practice!!! I wouldn't even give them the one star, but Google won't let me leave zero.
