I believe the doctors in this office are competent. The issue, as many other reviewers have noted, is the office staff. They do not answer the phone or respond to messages left. I have sat in the front office and watched as both office staff members ignored the constantly-ringing phone while they used their computer. One visit, I was locked out of the building and used the intercom system to call the office for the entry code and they did not answer the intercom either. I've been seeing Dr. Roper for about 6 or 7 years and always had a great experience. He's a great doctor.
Great service.....
I’m pretty sure most of these reviews are for other businesses. I’ve not had a single negative experience with Dr roper or his staff. Not sure what the disconnect here is… I’ve been seeing dr roper since 2019. He’s been great to me.
