Very nice mobile home park and I am trying to get into a space there because it's peaceful and there are not any people that shouldn't be there roaming around. Keeping my fingers crossed for a space!
I am a Resident Here at the Park, This evening I went to Take My Trash out when I approached the Trash Bins they were so Full and over Flowing on the Ground. Not Sure who has been Dumping their Trash or doing a Remodel at their Residence. But this is not Fair for the Residence who Pay Monthly for Trash and park up grades. This Park is going Down hill Quickly and it’s a shame because Residents pay a lot of Money to live Here.This Park needs lights and cameras to see who is abusing our Dumpsters .
Hello Friends and Neighbors ,We all have received the Letter about the new ordinance coming to effect on 02/15/2025 regarding our vehicles being towed if they are parked outside the Redline that Some of has and Some don’t.Well I am writing the Message to all my Neighbors on 02/11/2025 around 1030 or 11pm our truck was towed by DMG Towing because of a individual who reside in the Park.I just want everyone to be alert and aware so your Vehicle does not get towed and cost you $420 dollars to retrieve your vehicle..
