.To The Owners of Fresno Mobile Home Estates. Why are you Letting this Park here Fresno go to shit . This Park and Pool area looks so Bad ,you have weeds growing out of the Concrete in the Pool area you Have no live saving Measures at the Pool. The Grounds are over grown with no Maintenance. I do see The Maintenance Man driving around in the Golf Cart but nothing is being done.We the Residents take Pride in our Homes to keep it them nice , But the Grounds look Horrible I pay a lot of Money to live here and the space Rent is ... read more
Very nice mobile home park and I am trying to get into a space there because it's peaceful and there are not any people that shouldn't be there roaming around. Keeping my fingers crossed for a space!
I am a Resident Here at the Park, This evening I went to Take My Trash out when I approached the Trash Bins they were so Full and over Flowing on the Ground. Not Sure who has been Dumping their Trash or doing a Remodel at their Residence. But this is not Fair for the Residence who Pay Monthly for Trash and park up grades. This Park is going Down hill Quickly and it’s a shame because Residents pay a lot of Money to live Here.This Park needs lights and cameras to see who is abusing our Dumpsters .
