Heather is very professional, respectful, accommodating, and prompt with communication. Currently there isn't a manager at Fresno Mobile Estates (FME), so Heather has to take charge of multiple sites. I've been here 3 years now and I definitely do not feel safe. Neighbors are fighting neighbors, harassing one another. The property is not maintained. Homeless unwalking through my property. The one I pay space rent 4. There is no security, there is no lights. I do not feel safe and I don't feel that the owners are management really care at first Yes, now it's really gone downhill. .To The Owners of Fresno Mobile Home Estates. Why are you Letting this Park here Fresno go to shit . This Park and Pool area looks so Bad ,you have weeds growing out of the Concrete in the Pool area you Have no live saving Measures at the Pool. The Grounds are over grown with no Maintenance. I do see The Maintenance Man driving around in the Golf Cart but nothing is being done.We the Residents take Pride in our Homes to keep it them nice , But the Grounds look Horrible I pay a lot of Money to live here and the space Rent is ... read more
