I have a Persian Rug I needed cleaned. Fresno rug and cleaning gave me an estimate, came and picked it up and did a very thorough cleaning. They were very professional and did a wonderful job.
We have used them several times to clean our sisal rugs. They are able to remove stains that I thought would never come out. On top of that, their customer service is unmatched.
Fresno Rug Cleaning and Repair is AMAZING. They came to my home to pick up my area rug, and when the cleaning was done, they returned it. It reminded me of the good'ol days when businesses took pride in offering superb customer service. AND, my old rug looked BRAND NEW!!!!! They did a wonderful job cleaning it. I couldn't be happier with the results and the service.
Excellent customer service, excellent job cleaning my super PITA sheepskin rugs, home pickup and drop off, and even offered to store some of my rugs while I’m not using them . Fred and his son are great. As long as I live here, they will have my business.
