I have to laugh when I saw the last reviews about Ms. Phillips indeed she is rude and doesn't and shouldn't be working at the PD credit union.
I agree that the credit union is a good credit union to belong too but have had a few run in with Karen Phillips. She is pretty rude but love all the others there.
Everyone there at the credit union is friendly. EXCEPT the Assistant Manager Karen Phillips. She is very rude and mean - it's almost to the point of harassment. I think it could be because she isn't very knowledgeable and when you challenge her or ask her a question she gets super upset and flustered. I don't see how the employees can take her attitude or work with her.
I agree....the loan department is awesome! These ladies get you approved in no time and they take the hassle out of purchasing a car.
This Credit Union is the best credit union a police officer could ask for. The 2 ladies in the loan department are exceptional and very professional. They got both my cars and my house financed in a very timely fashion. Coodos to them!
