They keep sending me surveys in the mail after I already sent my survey back, I was not happy with their care. The survey asks all kinds of unnecessary questions. It doesn’t pertain to someone dying. Their staff showed compassion, patience, and genuine kindness (not just toward my grandmother, but toward our entire family).
