I can't emphasize it enough, no matter how great the house is, do not rent from these people. They are unethical, they lie with ease and they will rip you off wherever and however they can. If you must rent with them, take pictures of every nook and cranny in the house when you move in and even more so, when you move out. They will charge you for a ding on the wall that was there when you moved in. They will charge you for their late bills with the city. They will charge you for things that aren't even at the home. Jay and his team are the worst possible people you can rent from. Period. After you sign the lease they will not respond to you unless you call the office relentlessly all day long. After you get a hold of them they will not listen to any reasonable requests or legitimate issues with your apartment. Instead they will yell and curse at you and say its your own problem. This is the worst property management that I ever seen in my life. That indian man Jay is rude and unqualified. They are just a bunch of scammers who charge people application fees and come up with stupid excuses which don't make any sense at all! I wish I could give negative stars to this crazy agency with their dump employee like Jay who is a crook and waste timer. We need to report this scammers to the authority so they can be shut down immediately.
