Very poor customer service. Rip off price of $350 that was said over the phone. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. He later has called our office and Threaten one of our staff with harassment. For sure do not do business with this company. I would give absolutely NO STAR. Zero for bad behavior, rip off price and rude personality.
After sharing a photo of my lock they were able to give me guidance to get in myself. Can’t thank them enough for getting me back in my home.
