Jared was my service rep and he answered my many questions thoroughly. And he patiently addressed my misunderstanding about a service I needed. The drop off and pick up process was very smooth.
Great service friendly staff
Had an excellent experience here. Dropping off and picking up a loaner vehicle was swift and pleasant, and the repairs/updates were handled smoothly and efficiently. In particular, my Lexus customer service rep, ‘Tevin’ went above and beyond. He was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Lexus made an excellent hire with him, and I hope he’ll be around next time I need service.
I received an oil change on 19 July 2025 from Fresno Lexus. My service consultant Mr. Schroeder was wonderful. He was professional and knowledgeable during my service appointment. He kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. He gave me honest advice about the service of my Lexus. The service technicians gave me a detailed service report and recommendations of future maintenance of my vehicle.
