I received an oil change on 19 July 2025 from Fresno Lexus. My service consultant Mr. Schroeder was wonderful. He was professional and knowledgeable during my service appointment. He kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. He gave me honest advice about the service of my Lexus. The service technicians gave me a detailed service report and recommendations of future maintenance of my vehicle. I experienced extremely poor service when attempting to get a duplicate key made, with the total amount of $661.02 with labor, which was high but whatever. However, I was then informed that the battery needed replacement at a cost of nearly $300 before key programming could proceed. I opted to purchase a new battery elsewhere for just over $100. Upon returning with the new battery, I was told that the presence of aftermarket parts prevented key programming, and was quoted an ADDITIONAL $245 to remove these parts and reprogra... read more
