The BEST service department around! Denise is remarkable, huge multitasker, and so polite and patient with customers. I waited for my service and watched her in action. Hope they’re paying her enough because it is rare you find someone like her in service. Looking to buy a new car soon and was thinking of not buying another Infiniti until I was reminded what excellent service I get here at Infiniti!
Denise did a fantastic job taking care of my car. She kept me up constantly updated on when my vehicle would be ready. They did a great job on my repairs and i definitely trust fresno Infiniti.
Great service, great price! Denise is amazing to work with. Our car came out nicer than when we dropped it off, and working perfectly. Had to replace the starter on our QX80. Price was the same as a few other places I called. Extremely satisfied customer.
I always get great service and greeted with a happy friendly face by Denise! It’s very nice they offer free shuttle service while my car is getting worked on. Hopefully soon I will be getting a new car since mine is a 2013. I will definitely consider getting a new Infiniti.
