I was calling on behalf of a client who is needing housing assistance and Ms. Jennifer was so incredibly rude over the phone. Insisted on us coming into the office, however that is a barrier for us. I had politely asked if she can send a QR code so we can apply online for section 43 and she said she would and never did. Im extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy your staff has. This is no way to help the community especially for those in need.
Not bad as far as a government agency goes. Although if you have something that requires speaking to an actual worker, that can take a while.
Best times to go is early morning or a hour before they close . Faster service
From dayt1 at Parc Grove Renaissance housing for veterans Ms Maria Lopez always met me at whatever level I was at and was ultra understanding about Post traumatic stress disorder and was at the Pinnacle in my eyes of being totally in tune with all aspects of fulfilling or dispelling what ever was going on in my head At the time, and always was Better each time we interacted. I've been gone for three years and I'm still on my journey. God put great people in my way and I didn't go unnoticed "Much Love"
