Went in with Wife feeling badly. Described to PA …Took urine sample…. Was suspected U.T.I. told could take up to 5 days…….What.? Yes wife in pain and it will take up to 5 days to get lab result...this is totally unexceptable. Our PA didn’t even look at the sample. We went in on a Wed and as of Friday no call or lab result. Most Dr. could diagnose on the spot but no. Very disappointing…
Dr. Trinh and his staff have been a guiding light as my family starts the journey of caring for an aging parent. December marks a year of learning how to best care for them and we are in a much better place thanks to Fresno Geriatric Medical Group. His staff has extended overwhelming patience and generosity of their time. From my experience bringing my mom, who has Alzheimer’s, to see Dr Trinh, he saw her as a diagnosis and not as a human being in need of care. He lacked empathy and compassion. He tried cleaning out her ears but said they were too impacted with wax and gave me some drops for her. His medical assistants asked if they should give a referral to a specialist (which is what I thought appropriate) and he said no. My mom is difficult. Alzheimer’s is difficult. I completed my externship from Dr.Trinh office, He is very kind and humble doctor. All staff members very nice .I cannot forgot these people in my whole life.
