Very unprofessional. They are only trainees not certified. I believe families going through custody matters should be fully aware of the qualifications of the person assigned to their case. In my experience, I was very concerned to learn that the person involved was a trainee rather than a fully licensed professional. These reports and recommendations can carry significant weight in family court and can potentially affect where children live and how much time they spend with each parent.
