I tried calling to get general information regarding event services, Barb answered initially, then hung up on me after I introduced myself. I tried calling back, thinking perhaps the call dropped, but my call was answered, and I could hear what sounded like news television on in the background, only to be hung up on a 2nd time. I won't be using their services.

I would 100% recommend Barb and the Fresno Event Group for any of your event planning needs! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and considerate. She knows how to get things done and get them done right. I can't even imagine what my wedding day would have been like without her. We booked a venue that was a completely blank slate because we had a very specific vision for what we wanted the wedding to be and look like.
