This office is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. From the initial phone call, to the prep nurse and the doctor I can't say enough praise about them. Dr. Jensen's professional assessment of my situation was spot on as he presented all options to me without pressure of leaning one way or the other. Very honest and humble. Juanita Susan, Elsa! I made an appt! Was first told I was not in network! My insurance called them and stated I was in network at 100%! In which is correct! I received my appt! I had a call from them today to verify my appt! I called back and spoke to Juanita, for one she is very rude to tone! She told me I had to pay cash upfront! I told her its illegal to ask for cash when a patient has medi-cal as secondary! If you can get passed the botched receptionist giving you attitude for no reason over the phone and in person, the doctor is quick and friendly, same thing for the lady who took my scans and vitals.

I drove two hours from the Central Coast to see Dr Royle after my mother in law recommended him. He was great, I felt almost no pain, and the staff were super friendly. Best of all I left the office feeling much better and the next day I was 100% back to normal. Thanks Dr. Royle.
