I was referred by my dentist to Fresno Endodontic group- the front desk staff were professional and courtesy on the phone and in person. Dr. Henderson was great! He was calm, gentle, compassionate, and caring. He fully explained the root canal treatment step by step to ensure I understood the process. The front office is very rude. I was not told up front what I was having done and I was quoted my part as $36 only to get a bill later because they did not correctly check my insurance.And I was told on the phone I should have checked my insurance myself. I had no idea what scans they were going to do so how could I have called my insurance. No one talked to me about what scans were going to be run before the appointment or while I was there.

After experiencing malpractice and an incomplete root canal at a local clinic, I was relieved to find this office. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how professional and caring everyone was, especially the staff and the ladies at the front desk. I highly recommend Fresno Endodontic Group! From the moment you walk into the office, you're greeted by a friendly, professional staff that makes you feel welcome and at ease. I've had multiple root canals done by Dr. Brian L Royle, and every experience has been excellent. He always makes sure I'm comfortable and completely numb before starting, and he constantly checks to make sure I'm not feeling any pain throughout the procedure. So getting a root canal is never fun, but my experience with this office was great. The ladies at the front desk were polite and accommodating as was Dr.Jensen and his assistant Christina. They all made a pretty miserable situation much more bearable. Would absolutely recommend.
