horrible customer service!!! wasted my time by telling me that I didn't need to make an appointment, just to walk in and turns out, I did!!! I couldn't even get seen on my one day off!! and they were rude and incompetent!! don't have a 70 year old lady working alone w a whole lobby full of people. 😡
