Watch out, he's a scoundrel. He agreed he could do the house for the amount we got from insurance. Thats not what happened. He stole all our money on the sly and abandon the job,complete remodel. We did NOT agree to pay him 50% or more.He would lie what he needed the money for and put 1/2 and more in his pocket. And left my house 50% incomplete!
