I had let Tyler know about filing earlier in February because I’m in the middle of family court and he gave me a timeline to get back to me by the beginning of March. We’re in April and he’s been unresponsive for weeks and just responded with saying we’re filing “after April 15.” I’m not sure if this is some sort of joke. I paid him every month and did not meet once for an entire year. Keep that in mind.
Honestly, my taxes are my most expensive bills. Having him to advise me on some options allowed me to make the best informed decisions for myself. Really appreciated his guidance on some life changing decisions that have affected me in positive ways only!
Call to find out if they taking client. Got told no and they person on the phone just hung up when i try asking another question. Will not call back this place. I understand it busy session for tax account but customer serve is still a thing.
