When I lodged a very serious complaint against the rehab facility I was in the health department representative would not allow me to send my written documentation or photos of the conclusive evidence of my complaint. I asked him to call my home health nurse which he did and he left a voicemail message for him to return his phone call. My nurse called back and had to leave a message for him and the health department representative never returned his call.
