They purposefully send tax bills late so you will miss the bill deadline and start getting charged interest. I've called about 3 dozen times, and they tell me the bill isn't ready but then I'm still somehow late and pay accrued interest.
Jo Ellen was very professional and patient with me when asking my questions. Had a great conversation with her. The team there has been nothing but supportive in the whole process of understanding housing taxes to a First time home buyer like me!
The lady who works on business property line, Sofia or Sofie, she was rude and un patient/un professional It sounds like She doesn't like the job. please don't put your temper on caller
I have called the assesors office 4 times in the last two weeks and everytime the phone rang through and I spoke to different employees every time. So far all have been helpful and professional in attempting to find a solution for my issue. Still in the process however I have no complaints up to this point. I will post an update once a conculsion has been reached and is why I have only checked 4 stars at this time.
