Mandi assisted me today with a purchase and I was in and out excellent customer service.
Thanks Ben, always a pleasure 🙏🏼 😊
Julius I believe was the young man's name who helped me, he was very helpful n made me feel welcome and comfortable as well as provided great customer service. But the security guards and women who greeted me were also very kind, and welcoming. Even the managers answered questions I had. I felt like they treated everyone who walked in with great respect and quick customer service.
We had a fairly large coin collection we wanted to sell. Mandi was very professional and patiently worked through the collection with us. She explained everything clearly and fully as she went through our collection. We are very pleased with her, the other employees, and the business in general.
Danielle made our experience of turning in coins seamless! She was so sweet, kind and patient!!
