Pakou help me so much with the charge and her massage technique bcuz i got a stroke my nerve on my right side was damage. I can't tell if my stove is hot or not so with her massage now i can feel more sensation between hot or cold
I started going to Pakou with chronic pain issues. Her knowledge related to nutrition and how it affects the body, has helped me learn how to better take care of myself and heal. Not only are her massages wonderful, she has so much great information and insight to share. Chronic pain is challenging and can be depressing and isolating. Misty was very professional and knowledgeable about the type of aches and pains I am suffering from. As she worked, she provided information about how my muscles and body worked in coordination. I truly valued the experience and look forward making future appointments.
I went here because I was experiencing horrible daily headaches, neck and back pain. After the first visit my headaches disappeared. After the second visit my body started “waking up”. By the third visit I had lost 2.5 pounds of bloating, my neck and back felt significantly better, and my headaches are still gone. I have more work to go with her but she is training me to strengthen my muscles and helping me feel better than I have in years.
