I was advised to take my car to an auto shop, so I stopped by Fresno Bodyworks, Sierra North location to get a free estimate. I spoked with Kristina and she looked at my vehicle and said that it can be fixed. She reached out to her technician Patrick and less than 10 minutes, my car was fixed and they save me hundreds of dollars and time. I am so thankful and grateful for them. I took my Lexus for repair estimate. Mario completed his duties and emailed his estimate. He called me to notify me and I asked him about front grill damages. In his estimate there is no damage to grill cover. I told him about 4 cracks on left side and 2 on right side of grill. He insisted that is how lexus makes the grill covers. I questioned his estimate once again and asked to have grill cover replaced. He would not include it in the repair estimate. Horrible place took my car in for repairs and had to retake it again for repairs not done that where on the list and to top it off the gentleman said they had noticed it but didn’t fix??? Really waste my time to pick up an unfinished car?? And Lois at the front needs to have more training on how to deal with customers

Both times I was quoted my vehicle would be completed by was false, I had to call since I was not informed and I’m still waiting so who really knows when repairs will be done.

I took my car here to be fixed right after being involved in a crash the first week of April in 2016. It took well over a month (1 month, 2.5 weeks to be exact) for repairs to be complete so I ended up having to pay for my rental car for the additional 2.5 weeks since my insurance only covered 30 days. I absolutely needed a car because my job at the time required me to make deliveries so pretty much had no choice but to pay for it. I had someone "key" my Infiniti. I was hopeful that it could be buffed out, but I didn't think it could be. When I took my car in, the estimator didn't think so either, but one of the owners came out and "magically" erased the scratch. We were all amazed! I am one happy girl tonight. I've taken my car there before, and every time I have had an amazing experience! If you have any sort of body work to be done I would highly recommend them. Very professional!
