Crappy communication. Told me my car would be there 2-3 days. Was there for 22 days. Each time we called to check up they would say something like “oh, I was just about to call you”. Every.Time. When we picked up the car they told us why there was a delay (got in a part that was manufactured wrong 🤷🏼♀️). If they had communicated that AT ALL, I would be more understanding. And they attached a paper to my paperwork that basically blames Covid for the delays. It’s 2025! My car does look fine but the lack of ANY communication... read more

Fix Auto Clovis - Fresno Body Works was wonderful to do business with! I was able to schedule an estimate and the work to be complete in a timely manner and in a timeframe that worked for me. All employees I communicated with were professional and welcoming. They did such a great job I couldn’t even tell there was previous damage to my bumper.
