I was on my way home from Vegas when my check engine light came on. I called and told them about my situation. While other shops quoted me an outrageous price just for a diagnosis, Fresno Auto Service offered to diagnose it for free after hearing about my desperate situation. After the diagnosis, they found that it was a simple issue so they fixed and cleared my problem very quickly. Excellent service, honest, and prompt. I see why they have the best ratings in Fresno!

This morning my Truck broke down in the middle of the street. After googling the symptoms I figured it was an engine problem. I had my truck towed to Fresno Auto Service. Found out my I had simply run out of gas. They could have lied and charged me for something I didn’t need. This business has earned my trust and I will be back if a mechanic is ever needed.
Customer service is good, but they are CROOKS. I took in my 1989 Mitsubishi Mighty Max to get the Carburetor gas leak diagnosed. They said they couldn’t look at the carb without fixing a vacuum leak and wanted to charge me over $1000 after taxes to replace two hoses and a gasket. Ridiculous. They did not even diagnose the problem I took it to them for and still charged me over $180.
