I've been trying for 3 days to get through on the phone. It's always constantly busy. Either get more lines or have an answering service.
The wait time is ridiculous. It seems to me they either squeeze to many patients in on a given day out of greed. Or they can't do their job out of incompetence. Worst experience ever. I recommend you dont listen to them when they say your dyalsis center said for you to make an appointment with them. Dont let that hold you to this bad quality of care. Call your doctor and ask for a new place to check your cathther, fistula or whatever it is you come here for. Do not come here
We got checked in for a 9am appointment but waited for over an hour and they never called us in to be seen. When I asked the receptionist (who took my mom's name and checked us in) he proceeds to look over the check-in sheet confused because apparently my mom had no appointment that day. But they were the ones who scheduled the appointment, and even texted us two days before as a reminder with a pre-check-in link. Receptionist should have done their jobs better too. He could have told us at check-in but didn't say anything. ... read more
