Absolutely horrific service experience. Customers do yourself a huge service and buy a car from elsewhere. Bought a brand new $60k TLX, not even a week later had codes pop us. 2 weeks later codes continue to pop up and now car is making noise. Called again to place request for loaner and service. Service technician is always unavailable and a loaner car is never available. No returned calls, all excuses, and seems like a car that will be giving me nothing but issues. 3 weeks later nothing. Great experience. Every time we bring our cars in we are kept informed from the time we schedule appointments with reminders to the day of servicing, as well as receiving messages/links with visual inspections etc, (thank you Luis). I can appreciate the welcoming staff and clean dealership.
