The quality is the best in Huntsville, quality isn't a staple in the south and this is above average, especially for Alabama. The price slightly less that cava, and is worth it, as I've traveled the country and had several different types of food from all over the country. Alot of folks aren't familiar with mediterranean food or different cultures in general, but You get what you pay for and it's completely and consistently great food.
This place is very clean and the food tasted very fresh. And the person who served me when I ate there was very helpful because this whole experience of eating this Mediterranean food where you build a bowl out of it was new to me. But he made it very easy and explained basically everything to me, not only that the food was fantastic I wanted to try a a few different things and none of it disappointed. If you are in this part of town you've got to give this place a shot. It's simply wonderful.
The food it pretty good, in my opinion, it is better than Cava in some ways. However there was one experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. I was visiting with a friend. She went ahead in line and unbeknownst to me, had covered our meals. Very sweet of her. When I got to the register I began to pull out my card to pay for my food but she came up and alerted me that she had already paid for the both of us.
