My entire family has been going to Freshworks for probably 10 years and we love it. The receptionists are friendly and kind, they can always answer any question I have about services and costs. They’re great about getting you in for an appointment time that works with your schedule. I love all of the dentist assistants and hygienists that work here. Freshworks is great! Dr. Salem is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I’m a nervous patient and have needed a lot of dental work over the past few years. Dr. Salem worked with me to create a clear game plan, and she’s done an excellent job with my teeth. The hygienist (Emily) is excellent and thorough. The staff is also very helpful with insurance—they take the time to explain what’s covered and make the process easy to understand. I highly recommend Freshworks and Dr. Salem.
Going to the dentist isn’t usually something to look forward to, but Dr. Salem is truly an excellent dentist—I’ve been so happy with the work she’s done on my teeth. The front desk staff are always welcoming and make sure insurance is clearly explained and taken care of. Her hygienist, Emily, is fantastic as well—so gentle and thorough. I definitely recommend this office!
