The maintenance manager in charge Roberto, always helping, fixing, doing anything possible for the tenants comfort ability, . I appreciate all the help you gave us.
Do not rent from them they are greedy landlords who try to evict paying tenants. They constantly threaten tenants with eviction for no reason. They do all kinds of illegal evictions to paying tenants. The management doesn't fix stuff.

The Hispanic guy Robert cool but everything else is at your own risks. Being new owners for a few months things sounds good but being a tenant here for years with only the stove being addressed amongst the list of issues here is real sketchy. Just renewed my lease with an price increase with inflation as the main factor while the other units sit empty. It's not worth it in my eyes but I'm just a long time loyal tenant that did even get 24 hour notice about an increase due to them having the wrong email.
After dealing with the last property owner's false,empty promises of the upkeep of my apartment. It was very depressing to think about renewing my lease but I must give credit where it's due. Since these new people took over they've been really making progress an it's shows. Thanks to the Hispanic guy Robert he's really trying to get things done in a timely manner.
