Dr. Bursey is definitely one of the best dentists in town. He is so kind and friendly.
Just submitted a transfer form for my partner to be done with this place. We have both experienced atrocious behavior from their receptionist. Totally unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I recently called requesting documents/service history of past appointments and because I didn't 'word it properly' she mocked me and talked to me like an idiot - my partner Dr. James Coffey heard this call on speakerphone and was speechless. Wouldn’t take my 81 year old mom as she hadn’t been to see Dr. Bursey in 20 years. Not even a suggestion as to what to do or where to bring my mom. She is in agony with a bad tooth/gum. I understand the “not taking new patients” but the flippant attitude of the receptionist was uncalled for. Now to find a new dentist for my suffering mother. Do better Freshwater Dentistry! 😡
Dr. Larry Bursey and his staff are always very nice service with a smile. The lady at the front desk Is always very polite Dr. Larry Bursey’s wife is a wonderful woman. I definitely recommend this dentist office You will be treated with respect and kindness!!!
