We were having trouble getting our online tickets seated together for the almost sold-out Face 2 Face concert. We called the FreshTix phone number, and Sean came to the rescue! He made sure our tickets were together and in exactly the location we needed. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service and for making the process so easy. Next time we need tickets, we’re calling FreshTix first!

I ordered tickets to a hot air ballon festival and the confirmation email wasn’t sent to my email. I contacted customer service and they weren’t helpful. I eventually got the tickets by logging into my account and screenshotting them. The website is too much of a hassle. I wouldn’t use them again.

I cannot recommend purchasing tickets through FreshTix based on my experience. I purchased tickets for the Dover Balloon Festival, and when the event was postponed to a date I could not attend, I was told my money would not be refunded. Instead, I was informed that my tickets would remain valid for up to a year. This was not a situation where I simply changed my mind—the event date was changed after I purchased my tickets.
