Listen up and pay close attention, this company doesn’t not give you what they say they will! I bought tickets for a hot air balloon event in Dover Delaware and it got the ticket that offers unlimited snack and refreshments. I got a small bag of Oreos and not a drop to drink! They simply said sorry we are out, I said my ticket said unlimited, again the person said sorry we’re out. Miserable experience.
Was excited about seeing the hot air balloons. We arrived 3 hours early, waited around until the event start time. Parking was extremely far, we were told that the event was cancelled due to the weather, after walking 30 minutes to get there from the parking lot. Was extremely disappointed but asked for a refund. Customer service would not provide a refund. The weather was beyond our control & this was also after we were told the event was cancelled. We were having trouble getting our online tickets seated together for the almost sold-out Face 2 Face concert. We called the FreshTix phone number, and Sean came to the rescue! He made sure our tickets were together and in exactly the location we needed. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service and for making the process so easy. Next time we need tickets, we’re calling FreshTix first!
