Hey Jeff at FreshTechComputers, Many thanks for the great deal on the ~Previously Owned~ laptop, you saved my broke ass. I didn't know there WERE any dependable used pc's out there. And on top of that you showed me how to delete the ransomware-computer-kidnapper with the Task Manager. Other places lied to me and said the whole Windows thing had to be reinstalled for $150$ I'm a customer for life dude.
